You just moved Cities, States, Countries...whatever! But you are looking around and wondering which Box you should call your new home. By all means, visit every Gym you can before making your decision. In the meantime, you are absolutely more than welcome to drop in for a free class here with us. Just e-mail us in advance to notify our staff that you will be dropping in.

After your Free Drop In, if you're still not sure about signing up, then just Drop In any time we have Classes!
Our Drop In Fee is 15.00 We ask that you have at least six months of CrossFit under your belt, be knowledgeable about movement standards, and be proficient in compound barbell movements for our Drop Ins. If you are still relatively new to CrossFit and all the movements, Then we recommend our On Ramp Program. We Also recommend you sign up for On Ramp if you are struggling with Mobility or Olympic Movements. We go in depth in our training to find the root cause of what is hindering you from getting better. Then we focus on form and technique until you begin to grasp a better understanding of the Olympic movements! Only then, will you start to see those PR's rise! |
