We require all new members to finish our On-Ramp Course. It is a 4 day, One-on-One course with a Coach. It is, BY FAR, the best way for you to learn the majority of our CrossFit movements. No one, and I mean NO ONE will ever learn the same way when it comes to CrossFit and compound movements with a barbell. Everyone is built different, so we must teach you separately from the others so you can understand how your body needs to be positioned in order to lift safely and efficiently. That is almost impossible to do in a class setting! As coaches, we must observe EVERYONE and keep the class moving. So imagine us trying to explain the Snatch, 3 minutes before our daily workout.
