UNYIELDING CHALLENGECLICK THE LINK ABOVE for our 22 day Nutrition, fitness and lifestyle challenge! It is live and ready for registration. The Challenge will begin Monday January 15th. Cost is 35.00 per person. Anyone can join in on this challenge! You do not have to be a member of CrossFit Unyielding to participate. Our coaches and the rest of the challengers will help you stay on track by constantly checking in with everyones progress through the App's activity and leaderboard! Daily tasks will earn you points! you can also keep track of weight and measurements to see how you progress!
