I get asked this question A LOT! People have every right to ask! Anyone can type in CrossFit in their Google machines and you will mainly see videos of awesome athletes doing crazy movements and picking up a ton of weight! It is easy to become intimidated and hesitant on whether to even think about walking in our doors. But you all need to see that each Box (CrossFit Gym) is well equipped with knowledgable coaches and encouraging peers who want to see you become healthier! We become invested in you and only want to see you get the best results! Crossfit isn't that hard, once you've gotten used to it. Most people are afraid of going to the gym and lifting weights. They are afraid of what they see, even though they haven't tried it out yet. I can say the same thing with Crossfit. Most people tend to ignore the positive of doing Crossfit and mostly focus on the hardships. Crossfit is a lot more beneficial to someone who aspires to have an ideal body. Without a goal, then maybe Crossfit isn't just for you.

Crossfit's advocacy is really commendable. They aimed at helping people in the community to keep their body fit and healthy. The most prominent artists that endorses' they are athletes. I think that is their way to encourage us that all of us can be athletes if we try to discover what is best in us and it starts by changing today. I am really fond of following people who started living healthily and I must say Crossfit had a great impact on them. Let us all be courageous to do things that will be beneficial to ourselves.
